Hi, I'm Bridget. Paralegal for 20+ years, and a mom who won sole custody of my kids by representing myself.

Court-Ready Evidence Package

You've saved every message. Now let's make it make sense.

Months of texts, emails, app messages, photos and notes, spread across your phone and your memory. Send them to me exactly as they are. I'll turn them into one clear, dated record you can work from, share with your attorney, and walk into court with.

The thoughts that keep you from starting

If any of these have crossed your mind, you're in the right place.

“I don't even know what counts as a violation.”

You don't need legal language. In your questionnaire, you'll tell me what has been happening and which parts of your order you're worried about, in your own words. I organize everything around that. Whether something is legally a violation is for the court to decide.

“My stuff is a mess. Where would I even start?”

Right where it is. Upload everything as it is, with no sorting or renaming. The mess is what you're paying me to handle. If there are gaps, your assessment will show you where.

“I can't go through all of it again.”

You won't. You spend 30–45 minutes on a questionnaire, then you hand it over. My team and I do the reading, the dating and the sorting so you don't have to relive it message by message.

“I already have an attorney. Isn’t this their job?”

Your attorney bills by the hour. When your record is already dated, numbered and summarized, their time can go to your case instead of sorting through screenshots. Your package is yours to share with them, and decisions about what to file stay with you and your attorney.

“Who's going to see my private messages?”

Only you and my team. Your files go into a private Google Drive folder, and all your materials are deleted once your final revision round is complete.

“My hearing is coming up. Is there even time?”

Priority is delivered in 5–7 business days once your questionnaire and materials are in. If your date is close, email me before you buy so we can confirm the timing first.

“I don't know how to get my messages off my phone.”

You don't have to figure that out alone. If you get stuck exporting texts, app messages or anything else, email [email protected] and someone on my team will walk you through uploading.

“Will I just get documents and be left on my own?”

After delivery, you have 7 days to review each draft and send your revision requests, with two rounds included. Questions about your package go through email. If you'd like to talk things through with me personally, you can book a 1:1 session (from $297).

“Couldn't I just do this myself?”

You can, and my Documentation Kit exists for exactly that. This package is for when you don't have the time, or the distance, to go through years of messages about your own child and stay objective. Every package takes long hours of reading and sorting, and it brings my 20 years of organizing records for litigation: the judgment to decide what belongs on your timeline, how each incident connects to your order, and what to leave out.

It closes with what you're asking the court to consider, in your own words.

What clients say

“Bridget was such a big help. I had screenshots and messages everywhere, and whenever I needed to find something, I'd spend forever looking for it. She helped me get everything together, and now I don't have to go through my entire phone just to find one conversation.”Kelsey E.
“I honestly didn't realize how much had happened until Bridget helped me go through everything. There were so many things I wanted to explain, but I never knew where to start. Having someone help me put it all together made it so much easier to talk about what I'd been dealing with.”Brianna E.
“I was never sure if I had enough documentation or if I was forgetting something important. Bridget helped me look at what I had and figure out what I still needed. That alone took a lot of the guesswork out of the process for me.”Gary F.
“Before working with Bridget, I'd wait until something happened and then try to write everything down later. Sometimes I'd forget details. Now I have a better way of keeping track of things as they happen, and I'm not constantly trying to remember everything weeks later.”Lucy S.

Why I do this

I've spent more than 20 years as a paralegal in civil litigation, organizing records for cases where the details mattered.

I've also sat where you're sitting. I represented myself in family court and won sole custody of my children. I previously volunteered as a Guardian ad Litem in Wake County, North Carolina, and I'm a certified High Conflict Communication Specialist.

I know what it's like to carry the whole story in your head and not know how to show it. The Court-Ready Evidence Package is how I help you put it down on paper, clearly and in order.

A few more answers

Is this legal advice?

No. I'm not an attorney. This is an organization and documentation service. I don't file documents, decide what is admissible, or tell you what to submit to the court.

Is AI used?

Everyone who works on your package is a real person on my team. AI is only a tool we use to help organize and draft, with training turned off, so your materials are never used to train AI. I review, edit and approve everything before it reaches you.

What types of cases do you take?

Custody cases between parents, including divorces where custody is part of the case. Grandparent rights, guardianship and CPS or dependency cases are outside the scope of this service.

What if I only have a few documents?

If you have one to three documents you'd like reviewed, a Document Review (from $500) may fit better. Email me and I'll tell you which one suits your situation.

You've been holding all of this on your own. Hand it over.
